A representative example of a CellCon value-add was on a project where our client enquired as to whether we could finish our works earlier than originally programmed. In response, we developed a way to modify our glazing and installation methods using a process that maintained our high standards of quality whilst reducing installation time by around eight weeks. In addition to the time saving, the new method has improved visibility and light into the cells and reduced areas where contraband or weapons could be hidden. We subsequently completed the work in the reduced timeframe. Not only did our customer benefit from this time reduction, but CellCon now has an improved process for future projects.
